June and Justin had only been dating for about five months before they said “I do.”
The couple sparked rumors of an engagement after they shopped for rings together at an Alabama jewelry store in March.
Mama June had previously been with Mike Thompson, who was known as Sugar Bear, and they were engaged for 16 months.
In September 2014, their relationship fell apart and they separated.
While they were never legally married, Mama June and Sugar Bear did have a commitment ceremony.
Justin was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Florida in February while attending an event with June.
Mama June, who rose to fame as the mother of the precocious Honey Boo Boo, opened up about her time with “abusive” ex Geno, in an episode from the new reality show, Mama June: Road to Redemption.
She claimed in the show that she should have brought her relationship with Geno to an end far earlier than she did and revealed the reason why she hadn’t.
