Johnny Depp’s lawyer Camille Vasquez has been promoted to partner at her company Brown Rudnick, meaning she is now an equal part of one of the most sought after law firms following victory in the high-profile case against Amber Heard.

The 37-year-old attorney was made a partner following an announcement from the firm’s official Twitter account on Monday. After four years at the company, they say her performance “proved to the world that she was ready to take this next step” and become a full partner.
As they detailed in the full statement, they felt her role on Depp’s legal team “exemplified [the] teamwork and collaboration… and culture of excellence” at the company. Moreover, it would seem there are plenty of other employers now looking to get her on board – and that’s not just limited to legal services.
As well a number of Hollywood law firms reported to be trying to get acquire her services, sources told the New York Post that she has already received offers from several TV networks and cable channels hoping to have her “weigh in on legal matters and… speak with her about on-air opportunities”.
